Her career has been built around creating the backend infrastructure that keeps organizations running smoothly, consistently, and with less dependence on any one person holding everything together.
That same practical, direct approach shapes ECC today. The work is not about adding more noise, more tools, or more complexity. It is about helping business owners build the structure and systems needed to operate with intention.
